SOURCE: Electric furnace blows cold air before and after warm air.

It is normal. Your house has to go down a couple more degrees because the heat pump is not working. You can solve this by rewirng you thermostat. Take off the wire that goes to Y and tape off. Then take the wires that are marked w and e or w1 and put the wires to yellow. Do not run ac with it wired like this. If you need more information please post me back

SOURCE: Central Electric heat not blowing hot or warm air

Make sure you are in the heat mode. Do you hear the wall thermostat click when you raise and lower the set temp. If not replace thermostst. Clean all filters to start. Does your heat source have a pilot light to start or is the unit located out side. If apilot light make sure itis lit. let's go from there

SOURCE: 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS blows cold air in heat mode.

ok here we go and you aren't going to believe it...
I replaced the thermostat step one

I noticed that I had a small leak at the engine side of upper hose fixed that by taking it off and cleaning it and putting the hose back on Step two

then while refilling the reservoir with coolant i found that the hose that was supposed to be in the fluid was curled up on top and not sticking down in the fluid where it should be.
played with the hose until i got it to fall down in the reservoir where it should be Step 3

I started the car with the radiator cap off and let it run until it got to normal operating temp. and keep filling the radiator with fluid until the level stayed constant. Then put the cap back on and test drove. Everything worked fine haven't had that much heat in awhile and it kept blowing hot even when i stopped and let it idle for ten min.during test drive. Checked reservoir when I got home and had to add a small amount of coolant but not much.

I really think that the hose in the reservoir not being in the right place and pulling air into the system instead of coolant is the real culprit of this drama, but i replaced the thermostat to be safe.

SOURCE: My Ruud Achiever 90 Plus not blowing cooled air

Look on the condensor, (outdoor unit) at the very bottom of the rear panel and you should find a red reset button. push it. If that does not solve the problem, and the outdoor unit is running (make sure both the fan AND the compressor are running) then you are looking at a low refridgerant issue and possibly dirty coils.

In that case, clean the coils and have refridgerant added.

AUTO ensures that the blower will run only when the furnace heats the air. Your furnace may be blowing cold air because the filter is too dirty. A dirty air filter blocks airflow over the furnace's heat exchanger, causing it to overheat. ... Do this: Turn off your furnace at the thermostat, and check the furnace filter.

I have a 2013 coachman my truma cp25 is saying operation fault connection error can u help please

The Truma CP25 is a digital control panel used for operating the Truma Combi heating and hot water system in RVs, including Coachmen RVs. If you are encountering an "Operation Fault - Connection Error" message on the Truma CP25 panel, it indicates that there is an issue with the connection between the control panel and the Truma Combi unit. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this error:
1. Check Power Supply:
- Ensure that the RV is receiving power and that there are no electrical issues affecting the Truma Combi unit.
- Verify that all power connections to the Truma Combi unit and control panel are secure and not loose.
2. Reset the System:
- Try resetting the Truma Combi system by turning off the power to the unit for a few minutes and then turning it back on. This may help reset the connection error.
3. Inspect Connections:
- Check the wiring connections between the Truma Combi unit and the control panel. Make sure the connections are secure and there are no loose or damaged wires.
- Clean the connection points to ensure there is no corrosion or debris affecting the connection.
4. Update Software:
- If possible, check if there are any software updates available for the Truma CP25 control panel. Updating the software may resolve any compatibility issues causing the connection error.
5. Contact Truma Support:
Good luck

Honeywell technical support

This boiler, from memory, has an electric diverter valve.
If the system has dirty (sludge/scale laden) water then the diverter valve may not return under spring pressure, and therefore not divert all of the hot boiler water to the hot water heat exchanger, leaving some going to the rads.
If I am right then the rads will not get fully hot.
If the valve has failed completely, or electrically, then the rads will get fully hot and there will be no hot water output (hot water will be cold).

Ruud 90 plus will not blow hot air

My Ruud is a different model, so this may not work. Remove the cover to the burners. Look on the left side for a small rubber hose going to a metal cylinder. Remove the hose and blow through it to remove any moisture. Replace the hose and see if the burners start up.

My electric furnace/heat pump runs even when the therm is off.

electric furnaces turn on the heat in stages so you dont get a major surge. the fan and the "first stage of heat" are on the same switch. that switch is stuck closed, so that it always has power going thru it. it needs to be replaced

Ruud achiever 90 plus gas furnace not blowing any heat

These new furnaces are trouble. Ive been in the htg trade for 25 yrs. The fan is running because they are now controlled by a timer instead of a temperature control. Rather than sensing a preset temperature and turning on the fan, it comes on by a preset time. Couple of things, does either of the doors have an inspection window? most newer furnaces have what is called a smart board. The board will flash a trouble code. ie: 1 long 2 short etc. #1 turn your thermostat to off, youll need 2 people for this! Go to the furnace, If it has the above mentioned inspection window ( usually about 2" round) while peering through the window have someone turn the thermostat to about 80 degrees. Let the furnace cycle and see if it flashes a code. If it does the codes are usually on the bottom door, May be on the inside. The most common cause is either a bad transformer, bad hot surface ignitor or pressure switch failure. Further questions feel free to ask. Steve
