Cant help you there, Most TV's have a little flap you lift up to access a little wheel and switch that has 4 regions you start at 1 and roll the wheel till a station is found and is cleasr to view. then move on to the next set of switch and wheel to rotate that to get a different channel. If your TV does not have this manual input then you can only do it from either the remote or some buttons on the TV itself

My tv lost the signal even though we have connected completely right

You will need to auto re-tune the TV to pick up the stations again

How to do this is covered in your user manual. To access the auto tune facility you need to go to the main menu and usually then to set up.

Once you have started the tune facility the TV will automatically run through the spectrum and lock on to TV station signals. The process takes about 10 minutes or more to complete.

I have a VIZIO E552VL TV hooked up to an Over the Air Antenna and want to MANUALY put in channels NOT AUTO SCAN

Not sure if your TV is digital or analog, but I think an analog TV does not have the ability to perform auto scan, so you may be able to manually input the channels. As a kid, my dad installed a rotary antenna, and as it rotated and TV pictures displayed on the screen, dad noted the specific spot on the rotary unit; and every time we turned the set on, we just pointed the arrow on the dial on the unit to where dad noted what the channel number was on the unit, and the antenna turned toward that direction, and the pictured appeared on the screen.

If the tuner is weak, this kind of fault can occur. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. Do a search by type in the brand name of your device at its search box and press "Enter".

Does it need a special antenna? I don't have cable or a dish. 3 stations didn't come in so I manually programmed them and still no luck. What to do?

You can buy an indoor antenna or you can mount one on your roof top. Find auto programm in the setup menu of the tv. Select antenna not cable and select auto program. The number of stations will depand on location. You may have to rotate the antenna. If this doesn't get you more than 3 stations you may have a tuner problem and need to replace the main board in the tv.

I have a jvc LT-32EX38 lcd Flat television well I have had Dish Network for about two years now and I canceled it. I know my tv has the digital antenna but it will not pick up any stations when I do the...

you didn't say what kind of antenna you have attached to the TV. The antenna is very important and the type of antenna you need is based on where you are in relationship to the television stations in your area. Even being down a hill In the area can be a problem for antenna television. I had to put an antenna in my attic because an in-door antenna could not pick up the signals for the TV stations in my area, I am down a hill.
