High I have a few of these tablets. And 2 of them need hard reset one reset and is on the erasing screen. The other (TC802A le pan tablet) won't go to the menu for a hard reset

Hello, All you need to do is find a toothpick or needle and there is a little hole in the back that says "reset" it will reboot the tablet and no data will be lost. Hope this helps!

I have a ZTE cell phone a real big one that I have to stick a pin in that comes with the phone I stuck that in the back of my Le Pan tablet to reset it and it worked I pressed it twice it reset the tablet. Thanks Thanks Eduardo Cobos.
