Question about Canon PIXMA iP6310D InkJet Photo Printer
1 reason for this may be that there is no ink in the cartridge
2)the inkhole is blocked
You may need to do a clean and nozzle check till the ink runs and it prints the check pattern using black. or replace the cartridge
