Question about Frigidaire 5 cu. ft. / 142 liter Chest Freezer FFC05C2A
We just sold a Frigidaire freezer to a friend. We used it for 5 years and it worked fine. When we moved 3 years ago we unplugged it and it's been sitting in our garage unused. They plugged it in 2 days ago and it won't cool. Do you know the problem and is it worth fixing?
they use steel lines inside the cabinet and when you unplugged it the lines rusted through

Hi friend, thank you for your post!
I understand that your Frigidaire freezer is currently not working in the new outlet. I would adjust the temperature to a lower setting to see if that would start the compressor to start cooling. Is your appliance getting power to it? If you could provide feedback regarding your appliance I would like to provide see what additional information I can provide you. -Matt
