I just got a rock ola 5500x cd juke box that the cd rack just keeps going around and want stop. can you head me in the right direction

SOURCE: juke box will take coins but won't play record

WHAT IS THE POSITION OF THE GRIPPER ARM(CALLED GRIPPER ARM THAT GRABS RECORD?)
OVER THE TOP OF THE 50 RECORDS? NEAR THE TURN TABLE?
IS THE OPERATE SWITCH IN PLAY POSITION ? OFF POSITION ?

That depends if you have skp out or a head phone jack .If so the RCA out jack would
have to go to the input of your amp.

or the head phone jack could directley
drive a small set speakers , the 1/4 or 1/8
head phone jack plug wire from a old
pair of head phones would be strip and
wired to small external spk , or driectly
to the auido amp But keep the volume
on the Rock Ola very low if you
chose the latter ,as not to over drive
your amp.
