My webber genesis 1000 has been loosing power the past few days (yes the tank is full) it will not warm up past 200 -250. any idea what may be the prob? thank you

If your grill runs on propane, it may be a failing regulator. Try replacing the regulator and hose, not very expensive and easy to do.

The line from the gas source seems to be plugged on the weber. the gas does not seem to coming through. The weber worked fine last night.

there is sometimes an automatic shutoff if too much flow is detected. Occasionally when the lines are purged and you open the valve on the tank it will activate this.
  1. turn the tank off
  2. turn the burners on
  3. wait 10 seconds and turn the burners off
  4. open tank valve slowly- listen for a slight ping or click, if this happens that is the shut off activating, try again opening the valve more slowly.
Hope this helps, also make sure tank is full and you didn't leave it on all night. If this helps please rate it

Freezer 20 deg --fridge 55 deg fridge not cooling

Check compressor working and also with correct pressure. Keep arm in condenser coil. If you feel warm, check freezer to hear slight whistling sound. If not short of gas or gas leak. If warm and no whistling sound means, system chocked. Release all gas and flush out system. Vacuum and do gas charging. Thermostat setting must be 3 to 5 degree Centigrade.(37*F to 41*F). Thanks.

Grill won't heat up above 200 DEGREES with a nearly full tank

Try replacing the regulator and hose, not very expensive and fairly easy to do. If that doesn't help, let me know.

My q grill is not heating properly. I have a full tank of propane and the grill is clean but the burner is not getting enough gas to heat past 200 degrees

The new style2_bing.gif OPD valves have a small brass ring located in the female fitting on the LP tank. Over time this ring can work loose and then it does not allow the male fitting to fully depress the OPD valve thus reducing your gas flow
Using a small flat bladed screw driver tighten the small brass ring This should solve your problem
IF not you might want to remove the cap (white) on your regulator and try slowly adjusting the regulator, make small adjustments and try the BBQ My Weber if I set the front and back burners to MED I get right at 350 degrees in 60 degree outdoor temps. Adjusting the regulator will take some time to get it right but If it is not your tank it is most likely your regulator out of adjustment

My weber genesis platinum gas grill won't get hotter than 300 deg

Are you using natural gas or LP gas. If LP, replace the regulator filter. If clogging, you won't get the full amount of gas.
