I have a cool-tech34788 it wont refill internal tank keeps saying source tank empty i have installed a new tank and made sure valve was open and the source tank would flow

Please check ''TANK FILL'' hose quick connector & ''LIQUID'' hose on ISV Tank & make sure both valves is opening properly.it sound like(one of those) close! If valves is Ok then check tank fill solenoid, it may need to rebuild or replace. If those are OK, replace ''TANK FILL'' Hose.
I hope this will help you to solve the problem, if so please vote for it. Gool luck!
