I can't get my wheel deal to open on my iPad anymore.

You can connect your ipad to itunes... in recovery mode... switch off the ipad and then turn it on with holding the power button and the home button simultaneously untill you find itunes symbol on your ipad screen... then select restore in itunes... Remember it'll wipe all your personal data... but you can access your ipad again.

The bonus wheel has been messing up for everyone. You can try re-installing the app but an update should come out shortly fixing this problem

It could be one of two things. Either the app isn't compatible with your iPad (the version of WhatsApp Messenger that I'm looking at is only for iPhone), or the Apple servers sometimes have so many requests that they can't deal with all of them at once. If the app is available for iPad, just wait a while and try again.

If you've tied your iPad to the iCloud account and have forgotten about that account password go to iCloud.com and click on "I forgot my Apple-ID or Password". Follow their instructions to re-activate your account. If you can't answer the questions (you defined) or have no access to the email-account assigned anymore it might get difficult.

If you have an iPad with iOS 7, you can't open the iPad. After you put in the wrong pass code 3 times, you only can unlock the iPad with the correct password, belonging to the Apple ID from what only a part is shown on the screen. If you don't have the passcode nor the password Apple assumes you are not the legal owner, and you can't use the iPad anymore. If you goto an Apple store and take your iPad and the invoice with you and some ID, so you can prove you are the owner, perhaps they can help. But if you can't prove the iPad is yours, don't go there, they will not help.

Change your apple store and iTunes password.
Open your Find my Iphone app and report it stolen.
Call or go to apple store and report this stolen.

If you don't remember setting up a passcode on your ipad, maybe someone else did, and then entered the wrong passcode more than six times, resulting in a disabled ipad.
In the link above you will see instructions on how to deal with this problem, which pretty much boil down to connecting your ipad to itunes and restoring from a previous backup that you may have saved.
If you never created a backup, you can still reset and wipe your ipad from itunes, resulting in everything being erased, but at lease giving you back full use of your ipad.

I have similar problems with my Targus keyboard connection to ipad w/ ios 7, but not yet found solution. In my situation, connect can only be made after a complete power down. Keyboard is on; Bluetooth is on; iPad says it has discovered and connected to the Targus Versavu Keyboard, but keypad does not respond.
