Hello, when you register into apple they ask to you another email address, did you try to review the other email?

Open the settings app, scroll down to iCloud, scroll down to the bottom and delete account

First you have to "log out" of you iCloud account and then you have to "log in" to your new account. Make sure you DON'T DELETE everything on your old account. this case you must be able to use 2 (or more) iCloud account.
