Spouts become plugged with dried crema and need to be cleaned. Try that.

Thank you very mach, for support but I was had solution yesterday by user documentation. The mashine was blocked by electronic because was not clean very long time.

I would just use a mixture of 1/4 water to 3/4 parts white vinegar. Run this through and then follow up with 2 plain water flushes. This will dissolve the deposits and it won't hurt you if any is left in the system.

I just ordered everything I needed for my Bosch Benvenuto B20 from wholelattelove.com.  It was easier than my previous purchase from Bosch to find knowledgeable people.  I purchased Super Auto Cleaning Tabs, Cleancaf by Urnex, and Claris water filters online.  Just call them if you're not sure what to buy.
