If you paid by credit card, the credit card company should be your next port of call, if you fail to get satisfactory answers and a solution from the retailer. You should be able to withold payment on the disputed transaction. If you paid by cash, you should take up the matter with the store's head office if your particular store fails to resolve the issue, then proceed to your local consumer protection office if that fails also.

I have ordered t-shirts from teechip.com I have not received my order.. I call... no answer i email.. No answer.. I really would like a respond after paying over $100 dollars

Technically, this is ''fixya'', but I'll answer the question...

If you paid by credit card, call your card co's customer service number and officially file a ''dispute'' of the charges. Explain what has happened when trying to contact the company; (that is the _most_ important detail of your dispute).

If you paid by check, then ''sorry but...''

If you paid by PayPal, you can do the same as with credit card. File dispute with PayPal. (NOTE: You only have 45 days from the payment date to file a dispute with PayPal).

I ordered a carburetor from [email protected]. I recieved ythe carb but it was missing parts. I have contacted him by e-mail but have recieved no answer.

I am so sorry to hear about the bad deal. If you ordered this item within the last 45 days you can file a dispute through PayPal.

1. First, head on over to the PayPal Help Center: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_help&t=escalateTab

2. Mouse over "Disputes and Claim". Next, mouse over "Open a Dispute" and click on "How Do I Open a Dispute?"

3. Read these instructions carefully. Unfortunately, the dispute process is long and complicated.

Now, it's time to actually file your dispute.

1. Open the PayPal Resolution Center by clicking this link: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_complaint-view&nav=0.5

2. Click on the orange button that says "Dispute a Transaction".

Here is the PayPal Customer Service information if you would like a qualified PayPal representative to talk you through the dispute process and answer any questions you may have:

1-888-221-1161 (a U.S. telephone number) For eBay questions, go to www.ebay.com, sign in to your account, and click Contact Us near the top of the page. 4:00 AM PST to 10:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday 6:00 AM PST to 8:00 PM Pacific Time Saturday and Sunday

I hope this information will help you get your money back!

Have not received order. receipt # 2095 9039 2543 6898

First you should try and contact who you purchased your order with and see if you can get a resolution. Failing that then you need to file a dispute in paypal that your order has not been received.

To file a dispute, log in to your paypal account and under the Account tab you will see a link to "Resolution Centre". Click on that and you will see a tab underneath which says "Report a problem" if you click this tab a button will appear to allow you to report a problem.

You will then be given 2 options, you want to choose Item dispute: I did not receive an item I purchased or the item I received is significantly not as described. After clicking on continue, you will then be able to enter the transaction ID, or find it manually. Once entered click continue and enter the reason for the dispute and you are done.
This will then be sent to the seller so a resolution can happen, if no resolution is found then it will be escalated to a Paypal claim. This is where Paypal take over and investigates with the goal of you getting your goods or your money back.

I paid a vender twice. or i should say i bought thr same product twice by mistake how can i get credit for one of these

Before you can open or file a dispute, you need to contact the vendor first within 45 days and exhaust all possible means of returning the item. Most vendors do allow returns specially with this kind of situation. You might need to shoulder the return fee.

If after trying to resolve this with the vendor and they still won't communicate you can always open a dispute in PayPal.

I have just placed an order, is there any way that it can be cancelled?

To cancel an order, the best way is to contact the company or seller you placed an order with. Paypal's system is designed to handle "disputes" but not so much cancelling an order.
Most of the companies that accept paypal payments are reputable and want to maintain their good standing with paypal. If you can reach the company/seller and request to cancel, that would be the best approach (not the quickest).
If for some reason you don't get the order refunded or cancelled, you can open a dispute through paypal and they'll handle it for you. You may not get the result you want, but at least it's worth a try.

I recently ordered a Cats Paw 3-pack from "Cat's Paw". You paid them the $29.95 + $5.00 s&h. I received only 1 glove out of the order, not 3 gloves as was ordered. The transaction...

Hello Elizabeth

If you've ordered anything via PayPal you can always contact the payee via their email address in the order history.

All of their information will be shown so that you can contact them in case you didn't receive what was ordered.

If you send them an email with the details of your order and what you actually received, and they choose not to resolve it (in most cases they will) you can always file a dispute with PayPal against the payee.

You'll need to enter all of the details of the order and what you actually received.

Once the dispute has been posted, the payee receives an email from PayPal informing them of the dispute.

The dispute is monitored by PayPal and if there isn't any resolution within a certain period of time set by PayPal, the payees account will show that they've chosen not to resolve a dispute and is displayed in their account.

I'd suggest contacting "Cats Paw" first and see what they do.

If they choose to ignore you, then you are in your rights to file a dispute.

I hope this helps.

I ordered from bett2892 july22 trans.Id:1JLB8141890125970U 4 rolls wallpapper boarder, amount $33.96paid on paypal

Hello Mary

I'm assuming that you didn't get what you ordered.

If you haven't, my suggestion would be to go to PayPal and get the information to contact the payee.

Contact them and see what they offer for a solution.

If they ignore your request, you can always go to PayPal and submit a dispute against the payee.

When you submit a dispute, PayPal sends an email to the payee and gives them a certain time period to resolve the issue.

If the issue doesn't get resolved, PayPal will keep that on file and it will be posted in the payees account as an "unresolved dispute"

PayPal monitors disputes and if there are consistencies in disputes, an account can either be "limited" or "frozen".

If an account is "limited" or "frozen" the account can't request payment, make payments or can't close the account.

Before submitting a dispute I'd suggest you contact the payee first to save any future headaches.

I hope this helps and you get your problem resolved.
