Default password is 12345678 or 1234567812345678,Go to admin Setting punch in current password. then Security settings to change the password.

Could mean FTP TX interruption or SMTP connection rejection
check ftp settings are correct

Toner bottle failure to turn. Shut off the machine remove the toner bottle, turn on the machine with the bottle inside it, wait for the machine go thru its paces when it ask for the toner install in correctly if the knub on the bottle is damage get a new one . if this does not work get a tech to look at it either the motor is bad or worse the control board is bad$$$

remove the toner bottle let machine thur its paces when it says install toner bottle install correctly
