You loosen your axle clamp or bolts. Insert the 2 bottom supports on the inside of each bolt or axle. Make sure its outside of the frame but not outside of the bolts or clamps.then tighten both ends. As for the top it either bolts to where your seat attaches to the seat post or there is a strap. Most bolt down...

Generally, they hang or hook on the top of the rear rack and there are usually hooks on the inward surface intended to be securde to rigging points on the lower part of the rack legs. Some also have lashing straps for eliminating any sway or load shifting.
Or you could just call a Local Bike Shop and ask them.
