How can I set up my wife's Charge 2 so it will sync?

Make sure the time zone setting is correct by following these steps:

1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
2. Tap Advanced Settings.
3. Under Time Zone, turn off the Set Automatically option.
4. Tap Time Zone and select the correct time zone.
5. Sync your tracker

Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.

Click Settings.

Scroll to the bottom of the Personal Info page and modify your timezone.

After saving your changes, force sync your tracker: Click the Fitbit Connect icon located near the date and time on your computer. Click Sync Now

I use my 548 to keep my work and home versions of Outlook syncronised. I have about 70 contacts stored. Three suggestions.. 1) Do you have enough free memory? Emails can take up megabytes, and for that reason I choose not to sync emails. 2) Are all of your contacts in the same Contacts folder? I have two contacts folders on my home Outlook, one for me and one for my wife, I only sync my contacts to my 548. 3) In Activesync, click on Options, Sync options, contacts, settings and make sure that "Syncronize all contacts" is checked

Hi, connect your wife's palm to the pc , click on start , go into all programs , browse for palm desktop and inside palm desktop you would see mail setup click on that .... Regards
