everything is fine as far as that goes it seems to be bypasing the valve or its not geting enough fluid. the bucket tilts and goes down but will not lift up

This can be a bit difficult for you to diagnose. The hydraulics involved are not simple
and require a working knowledge of hydraulics and tools. There are a few things
to check. Look for any leaks from the cylinders. Look at the hydraulic hose lines going back
to the valve. Also look at the control stick to see if it's has full motion and tight to activate
control line to valve

is the control line activating from the lift lever correctly?

It sounds like the valve is not activating and opening hydraulic flow to the rams.

No, the main valve for the rams

It may 'look' good but not be opening when it gets the hydraulic flow from the control line

There can be a very small amount of contamination that will stop it from 'spooling 'open.

Why does my cube ice does not dispense ice?

Check to see if the actuator is lifting up. sometimes these freeze and won't lift the arm that releases that grinding blades. It is in the back panel behind the ice bucket. Remove the bucket and hit the light switch. Then hit the ice actuator flap on the door and see if the little "stirrup" looking thing jumps up. There is usually a clicking sound when it lifts. it could be frozen or just bad.

We have a 200' deep well. The pump is not working and we cant pull the pump up. It has been sujested that we hook a backhoe onto the plastic pipe and wires lift up and pray. Before I do this are there...

I would try to tie off at the fittings and wire at well cap and lift carefully with backhoe a few feet. I would use double line of 1/4 well rope at least 1250 p.s.i. tensile strength. Lift for a few feet ,enough to get access to suction line and wire. Thentie off lines with double x knots and use electrical tape to make several wraps around pipe, ropes, and wire. Use a stainless steel gear clamp to secure everything in place. From that point lift carefully and as straight up as possible and repeat process.
Continue doing this and just go slow and steady. The main thing I would worry about is that depending what type of pipe and fittings were used is that fitting that is connected to pump will break. I know this is a slow process but I have done this several times with good success. If you tie off and secure with gear clamps every few feet and make sure you have the wiring hooked in tightly it will hold a lot of weight as the wire gauge should be at least 10.
Wishing you the best. Thank you.

The hydraulic steel line on my 2010C bucket loader broke and I dumped a good amount of fluid before shutting everything off. Replaced line and filled tank up, everything worked fine for about 1/2 hour,...

Like other hydraulic systems, there is probably a procedure for bleeding the lines after loss of most of the fluid. You may still have air trapped in the system and once it works its way to the cylinder, the cylinder is working with air instead of fluid and the air compresses instead of doing work.
