I suggest you contact Seagate support via
www.seagate.com. It may take a few days for them to respond. If they haven't answered after say 3 days, repeat the request. Please have the model number and serial number of your disk to hand. You need to more specific about the description and name of your product than you have been here - I believe from my readings that Seagate's GoFlex range is huge. Also your computer's operating system and possibly the manufacturer and model of your computer. How are you connecting the drive to your computer (ie which interface are you using) ? On the form describe the issue in as detail as possible. (copy and paste what you have written here). You could also try browsing the Seagate website for ages or joining the Seagate community, and searching that, or posting your problem there.
