SOURCE: Front load washer shakes violently during spin cycle

On something like this you will need to remove the washer wrap to inspect the suspension springs & base assembly. Please see the link provided for accessing the inside of the washer. Be sure the shipping pins have been removed. The tub should float freely.

SOURCE: Maytag Neptune Front Load Washer Model MAH4000AWW low last spin

two problems here,
your shaft seal is running on its last leg
the sound is unmistakeable and always described the same...
the water issue, you probably have a trickle leak through the cold water valve
the mixing valve is quite an easy repair, but I would have to say with all honesty, it probably time for a new machine
the hub seal is a tub replacment call
2 hrs of labor if hes good
and the tub runs around 500.00 dollars
sory for the bad news

SOURCE: my maytag neptune front load washer won't spin all the water out

My Maytag Neptune MAH5500B or MAH5500BWW wouldn't spin either. It would go all the way through the wash cycle, agitation and all, as mentioned before, the spin cycle would start at the 9 minute mark, and get down to the 7 minutes then drop directly to 0 with no spin at all.

After hours of investigation it turned out the balance load switch was corroded. This switch is accessible through the front panel of the washer. The door must be removed and the front panel comes off, this switch is directly under the wash drum where there is a little electrical plug and switch which rests on top of stabilizer styrofoam. The connection was being made but there was green corrosion, and evidently the switch box was corroded within. When bypassed, the washer spun perfectly.

Hope this helps someone else out there - I was horrified to think that this washer would end up more landfill as it wouldn't be worthwhile to pay hundreds for a new motor control board as had been suggested was the problem.

If the appliance does not complete the cycle, then it is probably a fault on the control timer, the part should be replaced.

Model MAH 7800 drain pump will not run, door locks, tub spins, water drains by gravity

Well your drain pump needs attention for sure. There could be an object lodged against propellers or it may need to be relaced. Try unplugging the connector that goes to the pump and plugging back in. Also try tapping the the motor part of the drain assembly while in spin cycle before replacing. Good luck.

I have a maytag neptune washer mah9700aww which sounds like a jet during the spin cycle can someone please tell me what this is?

The main bearing in the tub has gone out, usually happens form the water seal going out first and the bearing getting rusted. The bearing comes as an assembly with the rear half of the tub. Both the rear half of the tub, and the drum will need to be replaced.

Neptune front load washer does not spin all water out every time. Water can be rung out of clothes at these times.

    Hello there:
The clothes are wet after spinning or at the end of the cycle please try each one of these solutions that i have provided below

Motor coupler To test the motor coupler, re-start the washer in its spin cycle. Let the machine run for a minute, and then open the lid and notice whether the tub is spinning: If it's spinning when you lift the lid, the coupler is fine. If it isn't spinning--and your machine was produced by Whirlpool®--you may have a broken coupler. Many Whirlpool-made washers use a small, relatively inexpensive device called a motor coupling. This plastic-and-rubber component is mounted to the shaft of the motor on one side, and to the transmission on the other. Over time, the coupler wears out and fails. When that happens, you need to replace it completely. Spin cycle If the washer doesn't reach its proper spin speed, the clothes may be too wet at the end of a cycle. Check to be sure the load is properly balanced and run a spin cycle again. If the clothes are still wet, you may have a worn or loose belt (Maytag®), a worn clutch (GE®/Hotpoint®), or a worn motor pulley or tub bearing. Replace the applicable component. Alternatively, there could be clothes caught between the inner and outer tubs. Read the "It spins but won't pump" section of the "It won't drain" section. Also, there could be other things that cause friction on the drive train. Seek the assistance of a qualified appliance repair technician. Siphoning If the water that pumps from the machine goes right back into the machine after the spin cycle, it may be because your washer is siphoning the water from a laundry tub with a slow drain, back into the washer. Try to improve the draining of the laundry tub. (Is there something stuck in the drain?) Also, be sure the drain hose doesn't reach more than about 4 inches into the laundry tub. If it does, cut off the excess. Water-inlet valve Water-inlet valves eventually fail. One problem that may develop with a water-inlet valve is that it can no longer completely shut off when the electricity is turned off to it. Then, the valve may leak and drip water into the clothes tub--you may notice that your washer has water in it when you haven't used it for a few days. To fix this, replace the valve.

About 1 minute into the cycle water starts running out from underneath of the washer. Checked all the hoses that are connected to the back and none are leaking

this is either the front seal that goes from the outer tub to the front of the washer or a hole in the outer tub itself or one of the hoses underneath the seal and the hoses are easiest to check you can take a cup of water and slowly pour it into the front seal. take care not to overfill it to where it spills into the tub and see if you are getting water on your floor from that. the hoses tip the washer up onto its back and look at them from the bottom for any cracking etc. the tub itself can only rust out on some of the neptune models or on others is plastic and can get punctured. just have to look for damage with a light and a mirror.

Maytag neptune MLG2000AWW does not turn off at end of spin cycle

d sounds as if your having a timer issue here. not recognizing the end of cycle and entering a new one ( bad timer).. as far as time of unlocking this is normal, theres a wax motor holding the door shut for i believe 3 min's.. and the water sloshing sounds is also normal they use a "water filled" balance ring around the perimeter of tub to help with the overall balance of machine
