I had lost my cell for 3 or 4 days n i called yesterday morning n the lady deactivated it so no one could get my info well i found it n need to reactaivate it back

Call the provider again and they will reactivate it.

Figuring out what information about cell phone I need to check it for malfunction

This is something that you need to troubleshoot a lot of things.
1. There is no details about when it malfunction, if it does it in the same spot, if it does, then maybe is not your phone, but let's continue.
2. make sure you don't have a dead spot, move around to check if the problem stop at another spot.
3. Turn off and on again your device, this will let you know if the OS is corrupt. If by rebooting the device calls and text works, then you could have problem with the firmware. Sometimes a factory reset fixes this issue.
4. If your boot loader is out of date, (an old boot loader), then it is a good idea to flash a new radio firmware or image to the device.
5. Bad SIM cards can also make this effect or issue.
6. Check with your wireless carrier for any maintenance going on.
This is, of course, for Android devices, if you happen to have this issue with an IOS device, your only chance to fix it yourself is to restore the firmware. If that doesn't fix it, then it needs to be exchange or buy another device.

My phone has been lost and i hav my airtel sim inside can i track

Sorry. you can not get your phone back. Not in India. What you can do to save it from misuse is that ladge a police report and send a copy to Airtel and request then for a new SIM this way you will deactivate the old SIM and get a new one (probably for Rs 150 or so). You must do it immediately before the SIM is misused by unscrupulous guy who found it or stole it. Try calling it at odd hours. Chap may respond.

Car fine yesterday. started this morning, check engine light on and car shuddering.

Have the car scanned, Autozone will do it for free. The stored codes that are stored may help you find the answer. It could be just about anything. Let me know what you find and what else you have done and checked out. The more info you give me the better I can help.
