More then likely it's the blower motor control processor , a electronic control module . Taking to a qualified technician an having it diagnosed would be your best bet. Has no relay ,no resistor block .

Then you either have a blown blower motor relay or the blower motor itself is toast.

SOURCE: 2005 Pontiac Vibe heater fan working on high only

My 2005 Vibe did the same thing it was the heater resistor. It is located to on the firewall behind the glove box on the lower left side of the blower assembly. Two 5.5mm screws hold it in place (1/4 inch socket works too). I used a socket attached to a socket swivel to replace mine in under 10 minutes. Heater now works as good as new. I purchase mine online for $30 from rockauto.

SOURCE: Heat/AC Blower fan speed only works on High

Alot of people have the same problem with the fan switch and blown bulbs. There really is no fix for this. Jeep really screwed up when designing the heater control assembly. The cheapest solution is to buy another unit off Ebay. Can always go to the dealer but be ready to PAY for there mistakes.

SOURCE: Heater/AC Fan does not work in our 1998 Buick Century

Fan will be under dash on passengers side , Removing glove box might be needed, Gm also uses a blower resister ro control fan speeds. First check your fuse and then check and make sure your getting 12 volts to the terminal at the blower, You could have a blown fuse, a bad switch, or a bad resister , if your getting voltage to blower motor then most likely it will be the motor. These are not to difficult to change. I hope this helps, please be aware I can only guess at what the problem is from my past experience.

I have a 1999 buick Lasebra the heat or fan is not working what could it be

Well it could be any one of a few things ! There are two blower motor relays , two fuse's an the blower motor resistor, but wouldn't think that is the problem unless you have high speed blower operation ! But then again don't know if we are even talking about the same fan ? heater fan not cooling fan ?

Air/heat not blowing from vents, can feel the heat but it's not blowing, I turn the knobs to high blow and it won't do anything, its cold outside,

if the fan does not increase speed as turned up replace resistor assembly usually in heater housing under dash.if doesn,t nave separate resistor assy.it is the fan switch

1997 buick lesabre HEATER PROBLEMS The fan works fine but it doesn;t heat up. Cold air is always blowing out of the vents

This could be several things. First I would check that the thermostat is not stuck open. This will condition will make the car run cold when it is cold outside.

If this is not the case........and I'm assuming you've already checked that the antifreeze is full, make sure that the heater valve is working. If it is frozen in place then it won't move and won't allow the warm water to circulate through the heater core.

I'm basing my answers on a standard Lesabre. Yours may not have the standard climate control.
