Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How to remove the motherboard on a Toshiba NB205-N310/BN netbook

The manual on the support page should tell you, but unless you have done this kind of thing before I would not try.
I have built a few pc's and repaired many pc's and laptops. and i would not want to try that.

Dropped my netbook, restarted it, windows wont start, what should i do, the screen is on but nothing is there

you might have dislodged the drive and or memory sticks, turn comp over and remove the 2 or 3 panels, you will see the drive and the memory sticks just gently push them back into place and reattach cover panels.
hope this helps

Tosheiba Netbook NB205-N210 2 GIG, upgrade to Windows 7

I personally have not but if you are concerned how it will run, you should be fine, windows 7 is very efficent on resources.
  • 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
  • 1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
  • 16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
  • DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver
These are system specs so if you exceed these then your laptop will run great.

    Hope this helps
