I want to monitor our BP at home. mine is usually between 120-130/80-90; I'm 60 husband 77. He takes prescribed meds,I dont. Where do I begin? I have a cuff (Monitor)

Hi there. First of all relax and don't worry about using that home monitor. It is designed by the same person who designed the tourist class airplane seats.........lol.......one size does not fit all.

that said, any reputable doctors office or druggist will take your bp for free. just for the asking. good luck.
