Clean the PCB (printed circuit board) check all the connectors and the circuit's internal connections whether it is OK or not if there is some loose or stain then try to reconnect the same and clean all the parts easily with a brash then the problems will not occur

My picture frame shuts down after viewing 5 or 6 slides. I shut it off and restart it and get back to the same place and it shuts down again.

remove the memory card and see if the remote works wit hthe built in memory pics. if it doesnt pic up your card you will just have to try another card. The frames dont read cards larger than 1 Gb very well either - reguardless of how many pics are on the card.

Once you have the box connected with the usb cable to the computer, you have to tilt it towards connect to pc. You might have to do this a couple of times the picture on the display should change to a usb cable. Now if you go to my computer you will see where it says pan digital. Here is where you can add the pictures. I just did add pictures. If you want the pictures in a certain order you will have to name them otherwise there are displayed in alphabetical order. I found this after I loaded everything and wanted them in a specific order. Right now I am trying to add sound. I see that there is a speaker but not sure how to add sound.
