Question about Olevia LT27HVX 27 in. LCD Television
The screen comes on blue then in a few seconds goes blank then comes back on by itself with blue screen then goes out -- repeats. Only way to stop it is to unplug from AC.
Seems like the main-board is having some issues.. the tv's main-board will have to be replace or repair..
Since the manuf. when out of buss.. the only way to get that fix is thru the 3rd party repair center called Amergence Technology in witch they service all Olevia Televisions..
There number is 866-965-3842 im sure they could give you an estimate on the repair cost for you.

I have one of these TV's for my computer monitor. One of the micro capicitor chips have went bad. Plug in a USB cable into the service port (from a laptop or desktop computer) and press the power button. The TV will power on. Remove the USB cable from the service port. You will have to do this every time you want to turn it on.
You would have to get a new controller board inside the TV to fix it, and it's not really worth it. From some forums, they go bad just as quick. The issue hasn't been resolved

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
