For $1 you can do it at USPS.com or you can go to the post office and fill out the form for free.
Fill the form in post office for mail forwarding and depends on your state of residence you may have to replace your driver license or just notify local DMV of new address.

You may need to change driver's license address within 10 days. Then there is water, gas and electric and phone and insurance. And while the list at the above link includes many things, I am not sure it list changing your address at your doctors, your credit card, or your bank. You might be able to do some of that on line, signing into your accounts. But check out that postal link above. It and some "places" have forms that allow address sites to multiple resources you tap.
