Just go to settings and there below all option there will be one called reset to default,click that and your issue will be fixed.

Hi, Right click the left hand window on the task bar choose settings you can get to your settings for sound. But if you look at the task bar at bottom of windows you should see a speaker amongst many other things click onto the speaker & then your into the settings now you can sort them out fully. Echo

Speaker and mic placement is key. your mic is picking up the sound from the speakers. When using the mic don't stand directly in front of the speaker. If that doesn't help you may want to invest in a different mic (compressor mics are great at only picking up sounds close to it).

Cant adjust microphone

Make sure your webcam mic is set as default
XP
Plug in your webcam or headset or mic you wish to use with your webcam
Control Panel (Classic View)
Open 'Sounds and Audio Devices' folder and click on the 'Volume' tab - make sure the speakers are not muted, open 'Speaker volume' and set the sliders toward the upper end.
Open 'Audio' tab - make your preferred mic the default device in the 'Sound recording window'
Open 'Volume' below the window to ensure the mic is not muted
Click 'Apply' and 'OK'
Restart your computer
Configure the webcam / mic to your chat program

VISTA
Plug in your webcam or headset or mic you wish to use with your webcam
TEST SPEAKERS
Right click on speaker icon in System Tray or from Control Panel
Select "Playback Devices"
The speaker icon ( checked as working) and volume level graph should be visible
Right click on the volume graph and click "Test"
Left hand speakers followed by right hand should be heard

SET DEFAULT & TEST MIC
Click "Recording" tab.
Right click on the volume graph and select 'Show disabled devices' and 'Show disconnected devices'
To set your preferred mic as default - click the mic font to highlight and click "Properties"
In lower dropbox display "Use this device enable" click 'OK'
Click "Levels" tab and ramp up sliders ( adjust to suit later)
Return to "Recording". Test mic by speaking and make sure volume graph displays

Restart computer

Plug the webcam and launch the Logitech dashboard ( toolbar )
Open Settings menu ( 2 gear wheel pic )
Adjust mic to suit

I get a picture from my web cam but what setting do I change or look at to get sound?

You may not have your webcam mic set as default
I have a laptop with mic and webcam with mic so I have to tell the computer what mic it needs to be looking for

You're speakers are 8 Ohm, so it is no problem.
You're amplifier can handle a 4 Ohms load.
You can loop through you speakers.

I lost sound on messenger, any remedies? Will a uninstall and reinstall work?

cheak the sound driver in your pc if its works then its problem of your messenger then u can remove your messenger and reinstall it if u have lost your sound from pc then put motherboard driver cd install your sound driver

Error code sc 306 aficio 1022

I don't show a "306"....please re-check the code.
Have you tried turning off the main power (red button on front), and/or unplugging the machine to try to reset it?

Cell phone ringer broken

The fall had probably heart the mic - it might have just lost connection to the circuit, try opening the phone with a spcial screwdriver and put the mic in place - good luck
