Question about Tissot Prc100 T22268631 Watch
Battery was replaced by a jeweler. Since that time, the second hand runs, but not the watch itself - hour and minute hands don't move. what's wrong?
As the jeweller is not a watchmaker, he/she even did not realise the watch is not working properly. It sounds like your watch is having jammed gear train or the jeweller did not know how to reset the watch. Go to this website: www.tissot.ch
If you will not find solution there, you will have to look for watchmakers help.
