Belkin router modem help

I need to retrieve my passkey, Ive emailed Belkin but they are taking forever to reply. Is there any way i can go about this?

Hi, Ive done this but unfortunatly the Belkin passkey is not there?

I have the same problem.

go to the link below and download and install the siw standalone programme, install it and then go to the secrets line on the left click it and then your passwords and passkeys will show, don't worry there is no spyware.

Then you will have to reset the unit and enter a new passkey, press the little pin hole at the rear of the unit in for 10 seconds
