Turntable stopped rotating

Sure, if parts are available.
The turntable system consists of the motor, the coupler, the turntable support with rollers, and the tray.

You can see and hear a video of how a turntable motor should sound when you rotate it by hand.

If yours is not set to be off via the control panel, and it won't rotate or it sounds like it's grinding, etc., you may have a bad motor or plastic coupler.

To replace either, you need to unplug power, then remove the bottom cover of the oven.

In some brands, you have to cut the motor cover off with snips, then use a screw when reassembling it.

Turntable not rotating on my microwave

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again. If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes. You can download your owner's manual here: http://www.miele.co.uk/Resources/OperatingInstructions/M%20625%20EG.pdf On the last page it has the contact information for various countries. You can locate servicers or spare parts. The turntable system consists of the motor, the coupler, the turntable support with rollers, and the tray. Revolving plate no longer rotates . All else works, it continu;es to cook, but we need to move the items of food from time to time

Remove the plate, and check if the square shaped gear that normally spins the turntable is rotating.

If it is rotating, then replace the turntable gear.

If it is not rotating that means that the motor that spins the microwave turntable does not rotate, and must be replaced.
