Just this morning I called Hamilton Beach directly. You can buy one from them.
The number is 1-800-851-8900
The pitcher, by itself, is $5.99
Shipping is $5.50
Tax is determined by the state you live in!
Give them the SKU #40911

Go to https://www.focuselectrics.com/ Click Back to Basics. Click Coffee, Cocoa, Tea. Click Model IT400. You will find the glass pitcher replacement there. It is $19.95 plus $7.95 (?)shipping = $27.00 approx.
