If the pictures look normal while taking them, but become white after they have been taken and if they have horizontal stripes on them (zoom in the pictures to check it) then it's a broken shutter cable or stuck shutter blades. If they appear white before the picture has been taken, then it's a CCD problem. They are hardware problems, not software, so I'm afraid you will have to give it away for a repair. You should contact your local Canon service center. I must warn you that all these problems are considered hard to repair, so it could get expensive.

Hope this helps!

Tom

I have a KDF-50E2000 that has two problems. 1) makes a vibration noise when the cooling fan runs. 2) The picture seems excessively dark during daylight hours. Especially during scenes of night time...

For the vibration noise, may guess would be the color wheel or one of the Fans.

As for the dark picture, it could be a bad lamp, dirty mirror or lens.

Canon powershot A470 problem when i click photo then white image come? but when i use it night it is normal. but during daylight or with sunlight.. white image appear....and every time i take a picture...

The shutter flex cable inside the lens is broken. Happens to all cameras from Canon A4xx series. At day the images will be overexposed with horizontal lines on it, but it could look better at dark / night. The FLEX has to be replaced. Canon doesn't supply new flex cables for these, but there are some cheap copies on ebay. But as these brake very often, I wouldn't suggest you investing money in this camera, because it will brake again sooner or later.

I have dropped camera once, since after while clicking pictures at night in absolute dark, several round white small circles or spots are appearing on the image. But in full light area and in daylight...

Are these flash pictures? Are the spots in different places on each picture? If the answer to both questions is yes, the spots are dust particles in the air reflecting the flash back into the lens.

I've been having problems programming my timer. It seems like if I set it at the right time of day. it would endup being in the nightime in the mornning

Just swap your Day and night programming over by 12 hours. If it's like the timer you have posted the grey portions refer to the dark periods of the day and the white are a is daylight. I follow the hours around from dark to night in the direction of the arrow until I get to the correct time of day I want to set it for.
Good Luck. !

Samsung digital cam vp-d351

First try to take photo in a sunlight, if the photo is still hazy then clean the lense and make sure you dont put your finter anywhere in front of the camera.

If the photo is still hazy then it could in internal camera fault.

If the photo is fine in the sun but its blurry in the dark then take photo with flash if thats ok then you just need more lighting.

Also make sure the ISO Rating is auto or 100 many people set ISO to 800 and then forget about it. It causes hazy photos in the dark
