you should be able to cancel it easily

1) go to your sent friend requests
2)hover over the request you wish to cancel (in this case Vladas Grigons)
(if this doesnt work right click it)
3) Select cancel request

I uninstalled my Facebook by mistake. How can I correct this?

Your account is always intact at Facebook. Unless you "Request" that it be cancelled, then maybe it will be cancelled.
So, Just reinstall/download a new copy of FB onto your device: tablet, phone, computer. And your old sign in and password should work just fine.

Should i accept the seller's request to cancel a transaction befor i get a refund?

No - wait until the refund is issued before canceling... as once canceled - you have no recourse with eBay's mediation and the ability to leave feedback is relinquished.
