• GO to SETTINGS in FITBIT APP

If no joy - contact Fitbit Customer support - they're pretty good with this kind of thing.

However the battery can be faulty. And see if the charger watch is the Flashing.

have you tried restarting your phone? Most of the time this fixes sync issues. Make sure you check out a bitbelt to protect your force from loss.
