you need to take the white/see through connections off of the bottom of the key, they will unhook and should just clip off, they should open and close slightly to make a X shape from the side view to connect it correctly. On the computer place the smallest connection at the top first, it should hook under a metal clip on thecomputer and then the longer one connects at the bottom, just press it down and it will clip in. Put the black spacer in the middle of the connection on the circular pcb bit. You should then press the key onto it, it will just clip into place.
