Although I'm sure your a legitimate owner, there is a way to open these without the combination that's non destructive, I can't describe here in the open forum, you can google the solution, or call a lock smith, they probably use the same method and if they are nice, they might tell you over the phone. Otherwise because the serial# says nothing about the legal ownership. I cannot in good faith help in this situation. Good luck.

If you know the combination:
1) Turn the dial to the left a few complete rounds, then stop on 1st number.
2) Turning the dial to the right, pass up the 2nd number once, then stop on it on the next round.
3) Turn the dial to the left directly to the 3rd number then stop.
The handle should open now.

I used to work for a safe company.
The solution to your problem is not nice.
You need to find someone with a 9 inch grinder and a metal cutting blade.
Don't bother to try to cut the door off it is the strongest part.
If possible cut the back off. If not possible to get to the back start with the hinges if you know where they are, some hinges are concealed and are not where they appear to be.
This solution is messy dirty noisy and dangerous, that's what safes do to deter criminals.
If safe companies kept generic codes to open any kind of safe they wouldn't be,,,,,,,,,,,,,safe.
