Your only hope is to contact FB. Go to their log in page. In the upper right hand corner there will be a drop down menu for contacting them with you issue. They only respond via email but they do respond.

clean all cache, qll cookes, all history.

You can't delete your account. You should be able to log in using the same credentials.

If you log onto your amazon account you should still be able to download the book again. Go to the shop section on your device or a web page and look at your purchases.

This happened to me before but can no longer

change the admin password, so I have no

choice but to create a different user and

delete the old one. Here's how I did it:

1. Restart you computer
2. Press f5 before the windows logo appear
3. Select safe mode
4. Click start menu
5. Click control panel
6. Go to User accounts
7. You can. Ow delete that account and

create a new one
