I am not sure what the model number is on my Radio Shack cordless phone, but the keypad Talk and numbers only work when the dial tone is not on, but when I press Talk the dial tone does not work and the keypad is dead even though the Memory key and Caller ID key still function but do not dial. Can you help me figure this out?

the links tat r there inside the phone are shorted as they r very thin threads like..just go to a repairer and he will resoulder the links and the problem will be solved..for temporary work just open the phone and remove all dust ..mostly keypad will start working
