I have a Delta unisaw , need new motor I have a left tilt 36-L31x where do I find one?

This is a chronic problem. Unscrew the locking nob in the center of the wheel, and back it out all the way. You will probably find that the pointy end is slippery. To work, it must be dry, and the part it jams into must be dry. I clean mine with auto brake cleaner, and I spray some inside the hole that takes the threaded rod.. I caused the problem in the first place when I got some lubricant in this locking mechanism.

Left-tilt, right-tilt refers to the direction the top of the blade can be tilted when it is not straight up and down. There will be an indicator on the front of the saw, normally pointing to zero. When you adjust the blade away from zero, if it tilts to the left, it is a left-tilt saw.

IF THE MOTOR GETS HOT THERE IS A THERMAL TRIP LOCATED IN THE WINDINGS, this will cut the power to the motor to prevent a burnout ,get the motor serviced

I'd say so when you push on them in the middle you get about 3/4" deflection, snug but not guitar string tight either.
