Browning shotgun sweet sixteen age and value
In general, a 1950s Sweet Sixteen is a valuable gun. Measure the distance from the trigger
to the end of the **** stock to get the "legnth of pull" (LOP). this
was 14 1/14 " when it left the factory. If it is shorter, the value
will be less.
Without seeing it, although many have been altered which would bring a price $350 - $450 area.

AUTO-5 SWEET 16
- 16 ga., 2 9/16 in. chamber from 1937-1940, and 2 3/4 in. chamber from
1947-1975, similar configuration to Lightweight, 12 and 20 ga., gold
plated trigger, 10 oz. lighter than Standardweight Model 16 ga.,
1937-1940 mfg. Sweet Sixteens were available in pre-war Grades I, III,
