I can't send or receive texts. I get the message; Cannot save message while saving another! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You need to take it to a repair shop that knows this system an has a diagnostic tool to scan for codes . These systems are very complex an your average person with out training should not attempt to fix it.
Traction Off The IPC illuminates the traction off indicator when the following occurs:

The electronic brake control module (EBCM) inhibits the traction control system. The IPC receives a class 2 message from the EBCM requesting illumination. The traction control system is disabled when the following occurs:

For Chevrolet only, the shift lever is in FIRST (1) or SECOND (2) gear. The EBCM receives a class 2 message from the powertrain control module (PCM) indicating the gear position.

For Pontiac and Oldsmobile only, the body control module (BCM) detects that the traction control switch is pressed (signal circuit is low). The EBCM receives a class 2 message from the BCM indicating the switch status.

The BCM detects that the park brake is engaged (signal circuit is low) and that the engine is on. The EBCM receives a class 2 message from the BCM indicating the park brake status.

The PCM detects certain malfunctions and is unable to perform torque reduction requests from the EBCM. The EBCM receives a class 2 message from the PCM indicating that traction control cannot be performed.

The EBCM detects a malfunction in the traction control system. The IPC receives class 2 messages from the EBCM requesting illumination of both the service vehicle soon and traction off indicators.

With the light lit there are DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored in the EBCM -

TRAC OFF The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the TRAC OFF indicator when the following occurs:

you need to have the ( EBCM ) electronic brake control module checked fro codes !

i guess u might have not activated mms setting. ask your network operator for these setting

If it used to send/receive text messages and no longer does I recommend shutting off the phone, taking out the battery for a minute or two, then reinstall the battery and try again. I'm assuming your phone plan allows you to text, yes?

A phone phone has several messages making trac phone malfunction due to memory and satorage conditions. Free the phone of the messages, should receive messages and send. consider letting the personn sending messages to free space in their phones else there will be one way commuincation

go into the menu on the phone and there should be a option in that menu called messaging and in that menu there should be something called sms message and from there you should be able to send messages and when you receive them you should receive a little icon notification on the homescreen

1. try turning phone off and on to reset, and try to send again
2. do you have good reception?
3. could be a temporary service adjustment, give it 10mins and try again
4. Could be a temporary phone network provider problem, or if CDMA phone, satelite could be down temporarily

PUK code can only provided from your service provider/carrier. Call them and ask them for your PUK code and enter that into your phone. then it will accept your NEW 4 digit PIN number. Do not enter any more random codes as it will permanently deactivate your SIM card and then you need to buy a new one.

Well you have to have internet to receive pics from the internet sent from people but thats on trac phones not sure why on your's but as far you not sending pics via bluetooth or mms I dont know your phone should still be under warranty and they should have replaced it 4 you if you bought it with a malfunction. other than that try rebooting your software to see if that helps it may not be a hardware problem.
