So idk if this will for sure work or not but i've been told that if it is icloud locked to try downloading an icloud lock bypass app like DoulCi Activator and follow the app instructions of course and you should be able to get passed it... i have not had a chance to test this out personally yet so don't quote me on it, but i hope that helps!

Go back to the person he bought it from and have them access it. It needs to be reset to factory specs. If there is no person to take it to, it was probably a stolen device.

SOURCE: IPOD Shuffle (the tiny silver one) won't charge

Is the IPod able to be recognized on the computer? If not, you could try the 5 R's,

Reset
Retry
Restart
Reinstall
Restore

You could also try to restore the ipod back to factory defaults and see if that would help

SOURCE: can't remember password

I had the same problem. And I coudn't remember my SCREEN LOCK Password as your son. So what I did was I just disconnecteed my IPOD while it was connected to itunes without properly ejecting. This method doesn't retrieve or resets the password, it justs opens your ipod out of the screen lock. so your son can hear his music as usual until he can get a password retreive helper.

SOURCE: Password help.

There is a reset button on the back of the router. This can be depressed with a paper clip or a pen. The reset procedures are different for some routers. I will post them here:

1. With the router still turned on, press and hold the button and count to 30. Release it. See if it has been reset.
2. With the router unplugged, press and hold the button and count to 30. Release it. See if it has been reset.
3. With the router still turned on, press and hold the button. Count to 10, then while still holding the button, unplug the router, count to 10 again, then plug it back in, all while holding the reset button.

Your router should now go back to factory defaults. WARNING: This means that you no longer have a password to access your internet. You'll need to set this back up again. Go to zyxel's website and download the user's manual for this model and it will tell you step by step how to put a password in the router. Of course, once you do this, all the PCs that currently have access to this router will need to be reconnected with the new password.

Thanks and please take a moment to rate this solution with a fixya rating. Thank you. :c)

My 10 year old son put a password on his ipod touch and then forgot it !!!

to fix this you, unfortunately, will need to erase all the data on the iPod.

first plug the iPod into the computer using the included USB cable. open iTunes. Hold down the home and power buttons at the same time until it shuts down and reboots. (if it doesn't open automatically) in the column on the left side of the window there is an icon showing your iPod's name. click on it then click on the button that says "restore iPod"

WARNING: this will erase all the content on the iPod (you can put it back on later)

it will ask you to confirm. hit "OK" and keep your iPod plugged in as it restores it to it original state. pick the language you prefer and then load your music back on the device.

First, you can try the default passcode: 0000 or 1234
If that didn't work, please read my tip on how you can bypass the passcode-lock and continue on restoring your device thru iTunes.
