nF means that washer tried to fill but was unsuccessful. Water supply valves needs to be fully open. Lines may be kinked or screen by the hose hookup at the washer end may be restricting flow. Check to ensure the screens are cleaned by removing hose and pull screens and clean them then try the washer again

the pump is being blocked by something on the other side of the filter or one of the hoses under there is blocked but some water is still getting out but not quick enough there is a sensor to detect this & then tells the computer who displays the error code if your handy enough and strong enough you can turn the machine off lean it back and get under there with a torch and pull it all apart you will need a pair of multi grips & a philips head screw driver only three screws & 2 hoses to take off.once you put it back together if it doesnt work it needs to be replaced. they sometimes take the electronic board out as well.good luck

Actually there should be a little door you can access at the bottom front to clean out your pump filter, I'm including my washers pictures. 1) You first open the little door at the bottom. You do not need any tools, just something to drain the water in to. 2) Unscrew the hose closure, put your hose down into the drain bucket. Drain all the water out, you may have to empty the bucket so you can get the hose lower next time. 3) Next unscrew the filter itself. Get anything out inside the hole, in my case it was a toothpick, I take a paper towel and dry out any grit or hair. 4) Put your hose closure back on, it is held in a clip, Then screw the filter back in. That's it. I would also recommend cleaning out the drawers that hold soap, bleach and fabric softener. Also clean around the rubber ring, it will help your washer last longer. Hope this helps you

My fabric softener intermiitently was left with clear water in the tray. The serviceman replaced the tray which did not fix the problem, he then replaced the valve assembly. That fixed the problem for about a year and now I am experiencing the same problem. Being the unit is now out of warranty, I purchased a valve assembly and replaced it but what I found in the process was that the real problem was that after removing the filter screen where the hose connects I found a SECOND mesh filter that was plugged up. I removed it with a needle from the edge so I didnt damage the screen. I think you could also just used a spray bottle with some water and a Q tip to clean. I wasted $50 on a valve assembly, but I did discover this second filter screen that is not mentioned in the user manual. Hope this helps someone because I have not seen this solution posted anywhere.
