Question about Canon PowerShot A95 Digital Camera
I seem the have exactly the same issues as you have mentioned, although it doesnt seem to ever fix with turning the display on off etc.
I have emailed Canon UK to see if they'll repair/replace my camera.
Have you had any luck getting yours repaired?
This sounds like it might be a defective CCD imager. If so, Canon should fix this for you for free, including free shipping both ways. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Please check this link for more info. And also this link for UK:
