ERROR C0500 FOR DIALTA DI350

To clear this code, you will need a paper clip, stick th paper clip in the small hole on the right side of the control panel, (machine must e on) When you do that the control panel wll say please wait, then the screen will show a small blue dot for a few seconds on the left side of the screen, when you see that press 3 you will see a screen the say Maintenace Mode, touch then hit "Trouble Reset" it will again say please wait, then you will see the dot again let it go do nothing it will go thru to Ready to Copy. If The code comes back you need a new fuser unit

Has to reset through svc mode - "trouble reset" . all other codes reset by opening/ shutting rt. door possible cause- check 2- connectors from fuser assy. assure right door closing properly. possible bad thermo.

I have a proiblem with mi Dialta Di200, Copy light and not even, I have already adjuted the density to maximum. This problem occured when I change a new replacement Drum. Please help me

Check the therofuse and heater lamp continuity(0,6 ohm).
