The first thing you'll have to look for is whether or not your boombox supports audio input via bluetooth.
If it does, you'll have to turn on bluetooth on your iPod and scan for available devices (make sure you boombox is turned on as well). The boom box should show up and allow you to click on it. You should then be able to have audio from your iPod output on the boombox.
In most cases it can be traced to the audio output ic as the problem, because part of the B+ is fed back in the radio. There is a remote chance a fuse has blown located near the ic.
If its still under guarantee then take it back to the shop if you have the receipt. If not then it could be something as simple as a little glass fuse inside the boombox.
Check your cord first, make sure it's in good shape. Sometimes the main transformer goes out, and you can use a DC adapter to bypass the 120 V source. Could be a fuse, or something else in the power supply inside the unit.
Does the switch feel like it's broken( switch pushed too far in,switch too far out)?
If there is a remote does that turn the unit on? Inside the unit by the power cord connection to the transformer should be a fuse; check to see if the fuse has blown. I hope these suggestions help.
