Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
It keeps restarting infinitely with black screen but now it's just black screen and the computer is on.
This article explains how to disable the restart on failure so you can see the stop error code that will help you diagnose the problem. (see here and here.

If you get windows started again, I recommend you run chkdsk to check your hard drive for corruption (instructions here and here), and run a scan for malware by following these protocols,(at least first 4 steps) before you reboot. That will establish a baseline against which you can troubleshoot other causes...
It would also be wise to examine your event viewer and see what sort of errors or warnings are reported there, to know what you're up against...
