Having changed the fuse and breaker tell me there is a major short in you furnace. 240 volts is a lot of amperage and a very delicate job to attempt to help you directly. I have found that any intertherm dealer near you will be happy to help solve your problem. Yes, the sequencers are possible reason but 50 amps at 240 volts is what concerns me. Did your transformer burn out also?
Let me know what you think and if you would like, I will locate the correct source of help. Thanks, JT
SOURCE: Blower will not shut off on furnace.
If your blower will not shut off from the thermostat, you either have a bad thermostat or your red and green thermostat wires are exposed to each other.

Best things to do is find your Return grill in the home.
Get a measuring tape and measure the Hole size with the grill removed, Or filterback grill whatever the case.
Then simply go to a home retailer with the size, or in rare cases you may want to consider a Hogs hair washable filter that can be cut to size, to fit it perfectly.

SOURCE: Disconnect assembly has overheated
Those parts are readily available. You can get them at intertherm.com or google hvacparts.com and have your model and serial number ready. You are talking about the pullout at the bottom left of the unit correct. If you have a breaker within six feet of the pullout you can remove it. But be very careful and turn off all power before you try.Rus

High limit safety device is probably tripped, it should reset automatically, also check other safety's for tripped condition, they look like small round device located in a variety locations through out the unit with two wires to each one, some have small push button resets located in the burner compartment area. If all the safety's are reset and check out OK the main control board may need replaced. One of the most common causes of high limit safety device trip is lack of air flow, Dirty filters, evaporator coils, malfunctioning blowers, closed supply air registers etc.
Note: High limit safety switches also go bad after being tripped to many times.

I bought a new one but it was a different kind didnt work
what didn't work about it? I can't tell if that's a single double or triple stack from the pic but the extra half stack on the left side can get "y'd" in with the sole black wire beneath. I'm guessing it's a 24 volt coil?? send a pic of the new one next to the bad one, possibly I can help.
