Try the batteries in the keyboard and mouse, they are likely to start dying at the same time if the batteries were put in at the same time and this will definitely cause intermittant connection issues.

It's possible the Firefly remote is interfering. It's also possible the mouse is going bad (G7s have been around for a while). I'd contact Logitech and see what they can do for you - their warranty support for mice is terrific.

Mouse works intermittantly

Hello there,

Step 1: check the mouse connection if you are using a USP Mouse move it to another slot

Step 2: if the mouse has a driver update it

Step 3: if you are using a ball Mouse clean it by moving the ball and cleaning it

Step 4: if you are still having the problem get a new mouse that one is bad

There was a power outage. Since then the wireless mouse & keyboard would work only intermittently if at all. How to fix this?

Remove the battery of the keyboard and mouse and install new one and then press connect button from the mouse and keyboard side and the receiver side also.

The red light on the bottom of my verbatim mouse is blinking and appears to not work intermittantly. This is the rechargable mouse.

The battery could be getting lower (even though its a rechargeable mouse). it could be going dead. how long have you had it?

Left mouse key button works intermittantly

Other than trying with a fresh set of known-good batteries, it might be defective out-of-box. Check with your place of purchase for repair or replacement options.

try going into your control panel, go mouse/ settings change your mouse settings and get some air for computers clean everything on the mouse
