Question about Maytag M7X05F2B Air Conditioner
This is completely normal. What is happening is condensation of water on the condenser coils of your air conditioner. This is why when you install it should be slightly leaning downwards towards the outside to drain this. The only thing you need to make sure of is keeping a steady air flow or you risk icing the water up on the coils. Make sure that you keep the filters clean and you'll be fine.

Too much humidity will cause this if unit is not big enough to Handel the cooling needs . You might have to go with a bigger unit or turn the thermostat so it is not as cool till the humidity drops it will be worse on rainy days.
