Hey hi i have one toshiba e-studio 255 copier i replace new toner from it but still "Do not open front cover, wait adding toner" this massage still appears in the control panel

How can you lose a toner door! Contact Toshiba direct. It will be a special order. Better to buy a new door and tape it to the machine or something. This an expensive business class machine.

The toner is dust-like ink the copiers use to print with. When it's over there is no sense to continue waste paper trying to copy, so the copier stops waiting for new toner. Buy new toner cartridge, open the front cover/door, push the top left green handle and pull the old cartridge. Put the new cartridge until click and close the cover/door. This should resolve the problem. If you want to get dirty, you can buy much cheaper draft toner in a bottle or bag, and pour it into the empty cartridge. There is a removable round cap on the front side for this purpose. Also you'll need to buy a new counter chip to replace the old one so the copier will know the cartridge is full. It is located on the back end of the toner cartridge. It would be great if you remove entirely the remains of the old toner from the cartridge before refilling, because toners sometimes differs from each other and mixing them distorts the fine nano-structures the particles form and the result is stained printout. Open front cover related to front cover, side cover not closed properly...If cover is ok, need to check power supply unit.

your m/c toner cartridge is empty replace it

change the developer with the new one and change the sensor toner.

did you shake toner cartridge really well... assuming that you have, was the copier allowed to run on 'fumes for a while before replacing Toner? if yes then switch off and back on a few times to allow the Toner levels back up to normal level... (replenish) if all that fails then you will have to call an engineer as it is possibly a faulty sensor on the DV unit.Steve (copier engineer 27years)

1. Open the front cover & toner cover
2. Remove the right hand side blue cover ( 2 screws )
3. On top of toner unit, there is a screw with a bracket, remove it.
4. Disconnect the toner unit connector, lift down the pin behind the connector socket and take up the whole toner unit.

* Remember to take out toner 1st

your copier e-studio 350 some time showing '' dispose used toner'' It dont mean you install new toner... its mean you dispose used toner box.. Dear open the copier frant cover
and dispose used toner white box...

You have to purchase genuine toner catridge from toshiba dealer . after purchasing the toner
1) Open the front toor
2) Toner catridge is there on above of the drum unit, there will be lock for toner catridge cover on the machine, it needs to be opened
3)Rotate the toner catridge in clock wise and pull the catridge ,it will come out
4)Insert the new catridge and rotate clockwise at a time it will get enhance with toner motor
5) close the toner cat cover, front door, TURN ON the machine it will get rotate for few seconds (adding toner) then it will becomes ready
